Bezel serves clients worldwide and accepts international inquiries. Individual products, delivery routes, providers and services may have location-specific conditions. Confirm availability for your destination and transaction before proceeding; a form accepting your location does not confirm a particular service or shipment.
Delivery destinations, method, estimate and charges are agreed for each order; we do not promise a universal dispatch or delivery time. Unless the agreed price expressly includes them, the recipient is responsible for destination import duties and taxes, subject to applicable law. We will not add a delivery charge without your agreement. For a missing or damaged parcel, contact the concierge with the order reference and keep available packaging and photographs so we can investigate with the carrier. This does not transfer our legal responsibilities to you. Property, travel and VIP requests require individual confirmation.
