Bezel operates BEZEL and uses personal information to provide and protect the marketplace and respond to requests. Contact privacy@bezel.gg about your information, this notice or a privacy complaint.
Depending on the features you use, we collect account and contact details, profile information, saved items, orders and payment records, inquiries, sale submissions, uploaded photographs or documents, and notification preferences. Inquiries can include your location, dates, budget and requested service. Passwords are stored as hashes; do not send us wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Session cookies support signed-in access. The application records security and operational events to manage sessions, prevent abuse, investigate failures and maintain transaction records. Requests can include network and device information such as IP addresses and user-agent details. Payment records can include provider references, transfer details and payment outcomes.
Information is used to manage accounts, process eligible orders, respond to inquiries, review submissions, send account and transaction messages, and operate and protect the service. Depending on the feature, service providers handle hosting and storage, transactional email, payment processing and operational monitoring. Information needed for a separately arranged transaction may also need to be provided to the identified seller or service provider. Review any provider's own notice when using its service.
You can edit available profile fields and notification preferences in your account. Contact privacy@bezel.gg to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, sharing or other rights that apply to your information. Include enough information to identify the account without sending credentials. Requests may require verification of account ownership; deletion can be subject to applicable transaction-record and security requirements.
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: account information supports your account; transaction records support fulfilment, accounting and disputes; inquiry and submission records support the request; and security records support abuse prevention and investigations. We assess deletion requests against those purposes and any applicable legal or preservation requirements. Removing information from active systems may not immediately remove it from restricted backups. Contact privacy@bezel.gg for information about records relating to you.
