BEZEL is operated by Bezel. We sell our own inventory and also act as a broker for clients worldwide. Our role, the seller or service provider, and the applicable transaction terms should be identified in the listing or written proposal before you proceed.
Your account lets you save items, manage your profile, place eligible goods orders and follow inquiries and submissions. Keep account information accurate and your sign-in credentials private. Property, rental, concierge, sale and VIP submissions are requests for review; submitting a form does not confirm a purchase offer, booking or service. VIP account approval does not guarantee availability of any particular service.
Review the current price, condition, availability and supporting documentation for each item. Images marked illustrative are not photographs of the offered item. Before proceeding, confirm the seller, our role, any authentication or warranty commitments, delivery arrangements, fees, taxes, and cancellation and return terms. Brokered transactions and separately arranged services require their own agreed terms.
Eligible goods checkout uses the configured payment provider when payment processing is enabled. Use only the exact payment instructions displayed for your signed-in order. A browser redirect or submitted transfer reference does not establish payment; the order status is based on verified provider evidence. Read the Cryptocurrency Payment Policy before sending funds.
Goods sold from our own inventory have a 30-calendar-day return request window from delivery, subject to the condition requirements in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy. Brokered goods and separately arranged services follow the seller's or provider's terms disclosed before commitment. Confirm the destination, delivery estimate and any delivery charges before payment. Additional charges require your agreement. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.
Use the concierge form for product, service or order questions and include the relevant reference. Send privacy questions to privacy@bezel.gg. Do not include passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys in a request.
